I PLACED ORDER FOR A KITCHEN UTENSIL AND PAYMENT WAS MADE ONLINE.THEY PROMISED FREE HOME DELIVERY WITHIN 4 TO 5 WORKING DAYS. BUT THE DELIVERY WAS NOT MADE EVEN AFTER 15 DAYS. ALSO THEY TOLD ME TO COLLECT IT FROM COURIER OFFICE AND THAT SUCH PRODUCTS WONT BE DELIVERED AT HOME. HOMESHOP18 SHOULD STOP MAKING SUCH FAKE PROMISES .OTHERWISE ONLINE SHOPPING IS USELESS. This is to bring to your kind information that i received a Black & Decker 1 Cup coffee maker DCM 15 on 22Oct12. But it is only 300W input (as mention on the product) while you are showing in ur product detail, it is working on 500W. It is not as per standard so kindly replace it as soon as possible.
