[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Regarding refund - Fraud by HS18 | |||
Hi Team, I am writing regarding refund for order number[protected] amount 6426. I booked it on 5th April 2013 of anniversary day of Homeshop18. Site was offering 50% off coupon but when I applied coupon and made payment via credit card it got failed, when I chose net banking it deducted my whole amount 6426. I called on customer care and reported issue, customer executive informed me that they have some technical issue and canceled the complete order and suggested to book it again. I booked again and this time it happened successfully. Customer executive informed me that money will get credited to my account in 48 hour. The only pain now I am writing this mail is 11 days has passed i haven't received my refund yet. After calling and mailing many time I got just 2737( 2,588 + 149) out of 6426 . I called on 8th April again and exeutive said due to holiday it wouldn't get credited in ur account and wait till 10th. I checked my homeshop18 account on 10th April for refund status and found one sub order(number[protected] of canceled order status as changed overnight form "Refund for your order has been processed" to "Your order has been delivered status". I called executive and raised a ticket also about this. They informed us to deny to accept the order form courier guy, we are refunding your money. We informed courier guy that we have cancel this order and please take it back he denied as he hasn't got anything in written form HS18. Anyway we accepted it and informed hs18 group again. This time executive said me that money will get credited by 14th April I checked again on 14th April my homeshop18 account and found that one more sub order (number[protected] of canceled order now status as changed as "Your order has been delivered status". I am really shocked, how overnight status has changing form "Refund for your order has been processed" to "Your order has been delivered status". Is a customer mistak if there site have techincal issue? Is homeshop18 pushing their non discounted order to customers? If not yes why status of orders changing daily and why refund it not credited to my account yet. . I am not complaining for few thousand bugs is not a big amount I never expected such service form homshop18, I purchased form you because i had trust on them . I am attaching my shopping statement..
