spice QT55 — DELAY AND BAD SERVICE

Sir,
With due respect i would like to inform u about the worst services provided by u people.
As i purchase ur product QT55 on 18th march 2010 & my handset was facing keypad,sound,displayand many more problems. I submitted my mobile to the sarvice centre of kanpur on 24th september 2010 and i got my mobile on 07 dec 2010 and again it was facing the same problem.

MY WORK ORDER NO. IS SUP[protected]& SUP[protected]& IMEI NO. is [protected].
Now u may give the suggestion that wheather i should go to the consumer forum against you or should i publish the laziness in the newspaper.
i thoink u r the best one to ive me the suggestion as your maximum duration for repairing of mobile is completed????????????
