i have ordered a dell mobile on 22/03/11 my order no is[protected] and i got mobile on 26/03/11 when i received the phone after cash payment of 8700rs. i find that display of the phone is not working i immidiately call customer care they assure me to replace the phone in one or two days but phone has not replaced and i make lots of calls to c. care and at last i decided to return it and want my money refund to me i dont want this phone replace but i want my money refund in 2-3 days otherwise i will go to consumer court and file a case against you for cheating the customer in the way that you give faulty phone to the customer and make him mentally desturbed .
