I have ordered a Big Home 8 Pcs Non Stick Gift Set from Homeshop 18 on 25th July 2011, and paid Rs. 2099 through Cr. Card. Order received to me on 29th, after opening the box was come to know it is a short shipment ( 1 peace short & one peace damage, immediately I called home shop 18 and book the complaint, the customer executive committed me to deliver the balance product & replacement of damage product by 4th Aug 2011, which was not happen, again I called on 5th to know the status, the and spoken with the Manager at help desk was committed me to deliver the product by 8th Aug 2011, which was not happen again 0n 10th Aug. 2011 I called again & speak with Manager Mukul Chopda was told me he will check in to the matter. I would like the consumer forum should take this complaint on priority and help me out in this as I need to gift this item on my sister on Rakhi, you can understand my feelings. Sub:Refund for unsatisfactory product
Myself Jyanta Kuri From Shillong, i have orders a Product of HCL Tab 241589.When i saw the add of this product & its features.I thought to go for it.I ordered it through phone on 24/08/2011 But the customer care executive said the delivery is not possible in shillong ask for nearby place or city where they can.i Have given my friend add of guwahati.His name is ASHOK BARMAN.6TH MILE, SBI BANK.GUWAHATI
From home shop they sent that item the above address.i collected it from him.
But when I receive it my conception was totally got dry because it doesn't have the SIM facility, low charge & getting backside heat.I dint aspect that it will be like this & i am precisely unsatisfied.
