[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Very Bad service | |||
I have ordered 5 pieces of suit (order number[protected], Homeshop18 sent me suits which are of completely different desgin. I called the customer care and they told me to send the courier back to them so that they can send different set of suits. I couried them back and after waiting 10 days they sent me same set of suit. I called customer care again, after waiting approx 30 mins they replied me that I have to keep those with me AT ANY COST THEY WILL NOT REPLACE/RETURN my money. I seriously suggest not to buy any thing from this site as these are completely piece of crap, its completely wastage of time, money and piece of mind. Was this information helpful? | |||
