[Resolved] Homeshop18 — without information two times cancelled my order

According to your customer care my order no[protected] has been cancelled due to technical problem.your customer care call me & ask me to place 2nd time my order.i placed order on same time again. But two days later on dt 27th sep. I query about my 2nd order no[protected].i shoked, he told me that this order allready cancelled.same time i wanted to give order again your costomer care has told me that, this delivery can possible after 15 days.I told him that is much more time 7 to 8 days enough for delivery but he didn't agree.unfortunate finding result i loss my order. This is very bad. Kindly nevessary action be taken and reply me please.
