Homeshop18 — Worst experience with Homeshop18 Customer Service | |||
I ordered a Ozone safe from homeshop 18. They told me that delivery is free and no charges have to be paid and even if you are asked to pay octroi Homeshop18 will refund it. They also told me that the installation of Ozone safe will be done by Ozone executive. But now they are not refunding the Octroi charges. I have sent them mail twice and also raised a support ticket on their website. They closed the ticket and say they have no updates of my mail sent to them. I am calling them every now and then and they are giving me excuses for the installation. They keep telling that we are looking into the issue. I hope something is done from their side to resolve my issue. or atleast they arange for a return pickup and refund my money Was this information helpful? | |||

I am shocked that even after so many days of posting this complaint homeshop18 didnt care to reply. I have been fighting with their customer executives since 16th July. They are just giving excuses. I raise a support ticket and they keep on closing the tickets without resolving.
