Homeshop18 — Wrong delivery & no replacement provided | |||
I ordered a cosmetics set which was shown on TV to carry certain products, but when i received the parcel i found out that it was awrong packaging.on top cover order contents were written correctly, but inside the box i found something else & when I called the customer care they were giving dfferent excuses for not replacing the parcel. In the end they asked me to courier the parcel at my own risk. Homeshop18 is a pathetic site which is not reliable at all. Was this information helpful? | |||
