last year 2008 aug 27th i buy a new activa form b.b.u bhandari at pune. after 4th service the segment i facing some problem ther is picup the sehment dose not take quick picup ( 0- 60) in 12sce.
when i hand over the problem at my service station manager they are check the problem and told me there are no problem on this segment but i alreadey the problem compare with other activas my segment is totaly poor.
please look into the matter and give me the advice what i do?
if the problem was not solved then i unfortunet i sale my segment.

Myself Deeksha kalotra Basically I am from Jalandhar.I have booked Activa Honda on 19-Feb-10 with Amt of RS-1000. During selection of colour and while giving of my details to ur service desk executive they told us that my Activa will be delivered in 20 Days.Few days before booking we had verbal telecon with one of your Emp. that if we booked Activa before 20 FEb the same will be delivered in 20 Days.(May be they had to Achieve there booking targets before 20 FEb) But they have not discloed us such infomation and had mention on my Booking form in Remarks for 2 months.It has already been more then 13 Days but till date we have not recd any call from Honda services for confirmation. I have called on your Mentioned showroom Conact no[protected].Ms Vinny has attend the call and has given me some Other no-[protected](Bal-Krishan) for delivery.
I had called on that no and i was very shocked with talking behaviour of Mr Bal-Krishan.He use such abuse language that if it was mentioned 2 months on your booking form then y r u disturbing us now.Call them later after 2 months. I said while booking we already had a word with your service desk that we will recive call in 10 days and activa will be delivered in 20 days or before. rather then giving me answer He put the phone on Hold on some desk..after that he disconnect the call without replying...
It was all happen with me few dayz back with one of your esteem customer who is refrencing activa to all of her friends..but now i want to convey all to change there decision due to this Non-SEnse attitude of you cargo Honda employess with the customers. Even i want to inform you that when i went there for booking No body was properly attanded us...not us actually to all of there Customers.Everyboy was like gazing each other that you wll go to attend or you will...
Cargo honda was knw for there Good material in MKt...now what happens...we are not looking for good material but also for good services...I have called many times again but no response..Your employees were very proudy i can say over proudy due to good sales but this is not the way to attand there customers in such behaviour.Requested you to recruit some educated people...I m nobody to say this loke that but i am also from some good Banking backgroung...and also provide handle services desk...
We have many options in Market and they are delivering scooter in 2-3 days...ut still we want Activa...but if your behavior and services wil not change hence we have to change the decision...i knw with one of your customer your sales will not be afftected then don forgot i will never refer nd advice such services to anyone.
