[Resolved] Honda Activa Scooter — starting problem and electrical problem | |||
I pruchased a honda activa 14 months ago from heritage honda mysore. The vehcile has starting problem from the day of purchase and the dealer is unable to repair it. The company also did not give atatnetion to repair and satis fy its customer. None of their customer care numbers work. My sincere suggestion is not to buy products form these companies and inexperienced dealers who do R&D at our cost by releasing products which are not road worthy and cannot service their customer. natesh Was this information helpful? | |||

HONDA ACTIVA SCOOTER — PROBLEM IN ENGINE AT ONLY 30 KM RUN
I HAVE PURCHSED HONDA ACTIVA AS ON 2/05/2011. THERE ARE PROBLEM FOUND IN ENGINE JUST ONLY AFTER 30 KM RUN ON 08/05/2011. AMRIT AUTO (DEALER) NOW REFUSED TO REPAIR THE SCOOTER DUE TO UNAVAILABILITY OF PARTS AND ALSO SAYING FOR NOT RUN THE SCOOTER TILL REPAIR. PART AVAILABILITY DATE ALSO NOT CONFIRM BY DELAER TILL 18/05/2011.I COME TO KNOW, WHAT CAN I DO IN THIS SITUATION ??????
