I bought Honda Aviator and serviced it in Pashankar Dealer in pune. The dealer during servicing has broken my seat assembly suchg a way that the entire seat is needed to be replaced. For that I contacted the dealer that I am ready even to pay for the additional charges because of your fault he asked me that the parts are not available. I am following with Honda India as well since last 2 years but nobody is replying to me nor suggesting me the infomration for getting the parts for my vehicle. I have email communicated with them. They are simply going skipping my all emails and do not acting on it. What should I do now? Was this information helpful? |
