[Resolved]  Honda Bike — seat cover not return & delay delivery

My name Prathap, am owner of Honda unicon, bearing Reg no: TN22BF5338, I purchased and service usual at Surya Honda, Kattupakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. I report my bike for service on 9.08.11 evening 4.30pm to suriya Honda but they delivered after 5days at 13.08.11 evening 4.00pm. I cal to service station daily ask for veh status but lady in service reception telling same answer card not came down I will inform after that, but they not cal and at delivery I waited for 45mins and got delivery. While delivery they not return my seat cover I too take my veh without check in my urgent work, really am totally upset of Honda service, nowadays we getting 4 wheel delivery in same day and proper updating I not ask for same day delivery because I report at evening only I need at least proper updation of veh status, but the maintenance work done with my bike is very excellent. Please help me to return my seat cover and take appropriate action for customer service.
