[Resolved]  Honda Bike — Bike Service

Dear Sir,

Model :- CB Twister
Color :- White
Dealer :- Race Honda (Radhy Puri East Delhi)

I purchased this bike on 27th July'11 and I am very unsatisfied the service which is being provide to me.
From the first service I am saying to the service team that the bike is not giving good average it is giving between 45-50 but nobody is ready to listen.
From the 1st service I am watching no one cleaning the filter of bike and when I asked the same to service person he told me that there is no such requirement for this.
Not only this in 2nd service the service person only change the engine oil and gave me my bike only in 5-10 Min and he did not done anything.
When I went for the pollution check up the person told me that petrol is too much open so ask your service team to tune it.
The same thing I told to service team in 3rd service on dated 16-Dec'11 but without checking anything the person told me that there is no such problem and engine tune comes from the company so there cannot be such issue. Now without checking anything how can he say that there is no such issue?
Also when I told him that my bike is gets off on the road then he just increase the Engine speed. Now whenever I start my bike it is giving me too much sound.
Also in 3rd Service I told them that Bike is not giving average then he told me that we have checked now it is fine. But after the service of Bike I filled up 300/- Rs petrol and at that time bike's needle was on full Mark but only in 110 Kms my bike’s needle has come down to E Mark but still according to Service person the bike is giving good average.

This is very unsatisfied service from your Race Honda service center which is in Parpad Ganj Industrial Area.
Now I hope you would understand my problem and will look into this matter. Waiting for your reply
