[Resolved]  Honda — None Available in stock

Dear Sir, I the under signy Parbadiya Vinod B.Resi of Nadiad.This Respect to buy ''HONDA ACTIVA'' today that is 10th, June, 2009.I went to the nearest available HONDA Dealer at my town only.Where i came to know that it is only possible to receive the said vehicle after a Two & Half month waiting period time.
Kindly persue my request and Is it right that one has to wait for Two & Half month to purchase a ''HONDA'' vehicle.

Dear Sir,
I booked for Honda Activa on 9-Jan-2010 at Kun Honda Service Centre Ashok Nagar, Chennai - 600083. On booking day they informed me that within 45 days ther will be delivery. But till date they didn't deliver the same. Whenever I rang up to the dealer they informed me in next batch we will deliver. Today also same reply I got.
What I can do legally against the Dealer
