[Resolved] Honda — misbehavior of showroom people | |
Today i went to Honda activa showroom which is located in Main Road, Ranchi Jharkhand to book one activa. but they did not booked the activa for me because i was giving Rs 20,000 in advance and i said that i left over amount i will give at the time of the delivery of the activa and after 5days i will buy that product but the refuse and said that it is against our company policy and have to submit the whole amount at the time of booking only. I bought two activas before also but never faced such type of situation. and when i asked for the shade card they straight away said that they don't have the shade card.. showroom do not have proper seating arrangement even. the customers have to stand and wait for their turn to come.. they do not even ask their customers for water. I am totally disappointed with the behavior they showed and they are totally biased i mean there are different policies of some customers and different for others but i think they don't know that all customers are valued customers........ Its the duty of the manufactures to see that the proper arrangement has been seen before giving the dealer ship. They have to obey all the terms lays by the manufacture . Its shame in india that the manufacture are control by the politions .
