[Resolved] Honda — Poor Customer Service from Authorised Service Centre(Prakash Automobiles, Noida) | |
I had given my new Honda Activa for its second free service to the authorised honda service centre (Prakash Automobiles) at Noida. It was given for service at 10.20 a.m. on 25-10-09. There was some scratches and dent in the Scooter that has to be repaired. At the time of handing over the bike to the service supervisor in the morning, I was committed that the delivery will be done on 28-10-09.Even though i knew that the time frame that they ask for is too much, i accepted that. When i went to collect the vehicle on 28-10-09, 6 p.m. I was told that the repair was not done. Then the supervisor committed that it will be delivered at their branch in Greater Noida the next day[protected]. But later they find lame reasons (power failure in painting dept.,portion got scratched again while handling, etc.) and has not delivered even on 29-10-09. Activa — Service Centre not available
Dear Sir,I live in Hoshangabad in MP about 1 hour by train from Bhopal. My Activa which has been giving me good service since I bought it in Bangalore, needs servicing. I have not found any Servicing Centre which is authorised by you in Hoshangabad. I was directed to another place about 7 km from Hoshangabad. When I reached there I found that there was a young boy who came up to service my bike. I could not trust him as he did not look trained by Honda. Can you please suggest what best I can do in this case? I need urgent help on this matter.
I am one of your satisfied customers. Please extend the BEST possible solution on war footing.

I am vineet & i have booked Honda Activa on 4 july & employyee of honda says u will get in 15 days. after 15 days that i went to showroom of Prakash honda & i have asked for my booked Activa, the sales person says that sir ur activa is ready & u can come sunday to take it. i said okay i will come tommorow but when next day i went to showroom of prakash honda then sales person said we have sold it to another person we will give u in next week. What is this mean ? what is meaning of Booking? i realyy disappointed with Prakash Honda Showroom .

Hey guys don't opt for service of your bike at Prakash Honda, Noida.
1- I just want to tell you about the poor and deficient service provided by your service center "Prakash Honda" in Noida.
2- Quality of service is very poor.
3- No one is present there to attend customers even after pre booking.
4- They are not at all punctual, 2-3 hours of wait is normal(1 hour for taking the bike in and 2-3 hours in relieving the bike, and at least 1 hour after getting a call that " sir your bike is ready")
5- Manager does not have the commanding power, no one listen to him.
6- Billing is not proper. My bike's first free service cost me Rs.581 and I got a receipt of Rs.181, I didn't got the bill of Rs.400 (Tuflon coating).
7- No one responsible is present there.
8- They don't even have complaint book.
9- One can easily see the dust and dirt on the bike just after the service.(cleaning has never been proper)
And these complaints are not only mine, I have heard every customer there facing these kind of problem.
Honda is loosing business due to these kind of service centers. Next time I will opt for non-honda service center for service.

I agree to all the above texts in the thread. I also have had several utterly disappointing experiences wit Parkash Honda, Noida.
Most pathetic service and every time they have proved to be disgusting. I do not have much choice besides selling my bike as I can not manage to go distantly located service center every two - three months (nobody working 5 days a week with Sat calls can do).
God help all Parkash Honda customers. IT IS HOPELESS and DISTURBIING!!

I do agree with all above comments. I do have horrible time with these people. In this show room, no one is responsibile for custmers. Still they not done my registration, although I followed it up 10-15 times by calling.
I request all custermers not to buy from this show room. HONDA head office people also should think about this show room.

I have submitted electric bill to receptiontist by writing name of Somendhar. She has misplaced that and no one has given me information, my self I called show room after some time, then I have submitted electric bill again.

Honda Activa — not at get call from office
Dear Sir/Madam,this is srinivasa reddy, citizen of vijayawada.my father booked an honda activa bike 2 months before. But still now we didnt get any call from office and manufacture dept. when my father went to vijayawada show room , they inform to us like that pay full amount and bike will come in short. why they r not ready to say one particular like 4 ddays or one week. in vijayawada showroom get bike with in 2 or 3 days if we paid extra money to brokers....its came in vijayawada news paper also.. if we are going in process it will take minimum 1 year. So please take a proper action
I purchased activa from prakash honda greater noidaon 18 april 2013 and still i did not get my RC, so what indicated this since 5 month i still wait for my RC. i already call regional office, head office haryana but still i did not get any response from concern person, i think that this honda is one of the big cheater company and all dealers pay the portion of money from customeer's to head office.

Very bad services. They are take vehicle's for ride while they are parked for servicing in their service centre.

So the best way is to go for any other Brand but if someone likes Honda Activa then atleast do not take from Any of the Prakash Honda (Noida and Greater Noida).
Free advice but worth to take it, rest choice is yours.
