Honda — illegal construction

i have one complaint of my neighbour; he is doing illegal construction in 2-a lal quater punjabi bagh shiv mandir road he has removed the main wall which was supporting the building. i live in first floor of the same building because of this my house vibrate.therefore i request you please take action immediatly so that we can live safe. my address is 2-b lal quaters punjabi bagh shiv mandir and mobile no is --[protected], [protected].
