[Resolved] Honda CB Shine — problems in the bike | |||
1. Petrol tank color faded 2. bike gets hot after say 5 kilo meter 3. tale light shakes and makes sounds 4. head light gives some crazy sounds the movement you climb any speed barker 5. the bike is very uncomfortable with double seat you feel bike vibrates 6. there is no proper pickup 7. rare shock absorbers gives crazy sounds with double seat and after crossing speed barker 8. gear shifting is very hard after say 6 to 7 kilometer run 9. brakes applying is not so easy 10. seep do meter guard is off very cheap quality , it vibrates 11. front mudguard is also the same 12. I feel the bike is tilted on left side 13. Self start is problem. It has been 5 months now i had kept my bike more than 7 times for servicing and the show room keeps the bike for 2 days and returns to me stating that all the problems are rectified, but still all the problems remain the same Last time when I spoke to the service manager there Mr. Sadiq he ensured me that he will solve the problem and assured me that tank will be replaced, kept my bike for 1 week. Finally I got the bike for two days it was running fine not the problem have grieved, I run my bike with the speed of 50 kmph the bike vibrates and small pothole shakes the bike, which is very dangerous, will do NC in the nearest police station as if I met with an accident HONDA will be responsible for the same As after repeated complaints for 7 times all the problems remains intact I am totally dissatisfied, need help would not recommend Honda CB shine to any one . after repeated calls to customer care they done have audacity to pick up calls regards vinod rajani [protected],[protected],[protected] Email id [protected]@gmail .com Was this information helpful? | |||

i brought a new bike from nandi honda bellary ,karnataka on 2/2/2012 andfound that it was defective and complained to the showroom on first service and second service on the defect but still the proble persists pls sugesst me what to do next from kiran kumar kuvepu nagar contonment bellary karnataka my honda shine is 18 months old i got a problem that after 1/2km bike creats problem like engine stopping, n m not satisfied from honda service they dont understand dat wat is fault

I HAVE PURCHASE HONDA CB SHINE BEFORE TWO MONTH .I HAVE TAKE EVERY FREE SERVICE BUT MANY TIME I COMPLAIN REGARDING CHAIN SPOCKET & FUEL TEA .THE COMPANY SERVICE CENTER M/S ANMOL HONDA SERVICE BOY SAYS THIS IS COMPANY MANUFACTURING FAULT
nice bike honda cb shine only chain spocket problem only my bike i purchased 2014 december now my bike good condition 80 kmph no vibrates i am changing every 1600 km engine oil max speed you are mainted 60 kmph good pickup 125 cc bike another one bike beating you not decrease you decrease engine will stop

I am facing following problems from the first day of purchasing bike
Problem Before first free services are
1. Starting problem in the morning.
(solved but partially not completely, When purchase bike they were that as this is winter season the problem will come for few more days but now as per my knowledge it is now Summer….)
2. High engine noise when bike runs beyond 40 Km speed.
(Problem remain same from purchasing of bike to first service to second service to third service and still continue)
3. Speedometer niddle vibrates very badly after 40 Km spped.
(Problem remain same from purchasing of bike to first service to second service to third service and still continue)
4. Clutch setting was not proper, bike produces very noise before releasing clutch.
(Solved after 3rd service)
5. Sometimes it is surprise while shifting the gears, when I am driving vehicle on 2nd gear and as soon as I try it for 3rd gear automatically 4th gear comes.
(Solved after 3rd service)
No pick up (forget about the mileage, I am not expecting the mileage as I knew its mileage but I have purchased this bike as I drive this bike from 2 years then decided to purchase, but no use now).
(Problem remain same from purchasing of bike to first service to second service to third service and still continue)
6. Even it does not take pickup on flyovers in the city.
7. Very high gear knocking problems even on second gear.
8. My bike runs smoothly only for single person, when it comes to drive with 2 person then it really feel very uncomfortable.
(Problem remain same from purchasing of bike to first service to second service to third service and still continue)
It has been 7 months now i had kept my bike more than 3 times for servicing and the show room keeps the bike and returns to me stating that all the problems are rectified, but still all the problems remain the same.
Last time when I spoke to the service manager, he ensured me that he will solve the problem. They also change the head gascade stating that the problems will be solved but no use.
I am requesting you to please look in the matter.

I had buy Honda shine on 27/09/2010 After one month the battery was not containing charge. if it is charged loose charge.
