[Resolved] Honda Cb Unicorn — Delivery of Vehicle | |||
I have booked a Unicorn on 05.12.2010 at Jagrut Honda , Ratnagiri. After getting assurance of delivering the vehicle within 15 days from the dealer i paid him the entire amount of the vehicle on 18.02.2011 . Till date i have not received delivery of the said vehicle , instead he is asking me to recollect the entire amount back as he is never going to give me the delivery of vehicle booked at his showroom. Even the company Peoples ( Mr. Pushpendra Singh at pune ) are not helping me and also are trying to demoralize by stating me as a lier . This attitude of the Honda employee is not at all acceptable. Mr. Singh is blindely trying to shelter his dealer without investing the entire episode properly. Attached are scan images of receipt of booking . Jagrut Honda is utilizing my funds for about 2 months.and are also backing out his commitiment . From where can i get help on this. ShrikantC.
