[Resolved] Honda City Gxi — servicing | |||
hello.. i'm vishal gorade advocate aurangabad district court. i have honda city gxi car in the name of my father Me.Vitthalrao Chandrabhan Gorade. My car No is MH-20-AG 4377. On 3 rd Feb 2012 i submitted my car in Deccan Honda for service..One of the employee call in the morning that ur service charge will be istimate Rs.7,000/- do u agree..i said yes. then he call me in the evening when service is finish that ur service amount reach of Rs.26,000/-.i said that it is not possible for me about Rs.26,000/- because i was agreed for Rs.7,000/-. then he said that we will reduce ur bill about Rs.18,000/- than also i said to him that it also huge amount for me for servicing... then finally he gave me bill amount of Rs.15,400/-... then i realised how the bill amount of Rs.26,000/- goes to Rs.15,400/-...it is possible for reputed company who is doing such huge differences.. i brought this car in the year 2005 and i was thinking that to sell this car and buy a new honda car.. but now i realised that ur company is doing so much loot in servicing..then why i should buy honda new car.. i have to call u but my service book is ib my car and car is in the custody o[censored]r deccan honda,Aurangabad..i will not take my car at home...firstly i will write for u..than forward this complaint to consumer forum and also forwarded to local newspaper for alert to other honda city car owners.. i have done so much servicing from 2005 to 2011 i never check ur service bill amount...but yesterday i come to know that your company looted me from 2005 to 2011.. i[censored] have a doubt u can check ur companies call record about communication between me and ur employee.. i[censored] want proof than i will give u because i recorded all the calls o[censored]r employee.. o.k... vishal gorade advocate bar council of maharashtra & goa roll no-mah/2267/2008 [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Subject - Honda services getting deteriorated day by day
Respected Sir,
I am Jaskanwal Singh this side, I purchased a Honda city Gxi model in Dec 2007 from Harmony Honda Chandigarh and I was very happy that I was treated which such a great service about it but recently went to the showroom to get my car checked as the rear tyre was wearing out more than the normal way so I thought it will be a better thing to visit the showroom only but when I got there they said we are not responsible for the tyre worn out even the car was under extended warranty so in any case they charged me got the car checked for the anomalies and later on they told me that there is a bend in rear axle belt which is not visible but if you check it technically there is a bent to which I was very surprised that my car has never met with an accident and still they said that the reason can be that it the rear side must have hit hard but just tell me one thing when it is not visible and it is a technical fault then it means there is a manufacturing defect to which the Service manager told that we cannot do anything about it as it is not a manufacturing fault and he also said that contact the Insurance deptt if they can help you any way but when I got in touch with them , they just simply turned my request down that we cannot help you in any way because it does not seem to be a accidental case as it is not a visible dent. Now you tell me where should I go when nobody is listening to my queries.
Just tell me one thing that when I am saying that my car has never been hit from the rear since the time I purchased it means the customer is not right. Help is required at your end otherwise I have got no choice but to go to the consumer court regarding the same, I hope you can understand my position
