[Resolved] Honda City Lx — PRIDE HONDA CHEATED
I gave my vehicle Hondacity AP10 AL 5532 for servicing on 6th September.
I informed that my Head light is not working
Asked to check the AC Filters
Requested to provide estimate for Denting and Painting
Requested to provide the sticker to indicate the next servicing.
The vehicle was given to me at 9 PM even though the informed time was 6PM. The vehicle was given to me with lower beam lamps glowing and as it was late I was in hurry and took over the vehicle. I was not given any of the requests made. the estimate for denting and painting was not given and no sticker provided for next service. However I ignored. But very soon I realized my Head lamp was not glowing. I was obviously furious and informed the service engineer on 7th Sep.
Me being in a senior position, I depend on the vehicle and giving the vehicle again for this recovery was not acceptable. The service engineer picks the phone once for 5 attempts and he disconnected while I was talking.
the PRIDE HONDA people called me to take feedback on servicing when I again complained about the same. A female told she would talk to the General Manager and there was never a follow-up response from them at all.
It is an integrity issue that PRIDE HONDA cheats the customers in small cases. We lost the trust as it was never a satisfactory end with this Company. We decided to shift to Sundaram honda, and I am in a process to make it format at Corporate Level of my organization as well.
