When I took the delivery of my Honda City after 2nd service, I had notified my dissatisfaction to Crystal Honda in writing (about scratches developed in their body shop) and they had written an apology letter to me on 16th Nov 2011 saying that my problem will be resolved in 3rd service. Post this when I gave my car for 2nd service on 3rd Feb 2012, Crystal Honda behaved in the same ill manner and denied the scratches. I filed a complaint with Honda Care and this was punched with number ‘21200124’ in the Honda Head office. However there has not been a solution to this problem as of today.
