[Resolved] HONDA DAZZLER — Block Piston Problem | |||
I had purchased Unicorn Dazzler bike from Pratik Honda Showrrom, Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 23rd October 2010 (Chassis # ME4KC09AKA8021817). Since, I purchase the bike it is giving me some problem. In my first 3 free servicing I have changed by engine wiring and now Pratik Honda workshop engineer is saying that there are two part of engine is damaged. 1. Block Piston 2. Crank I had put the request in workshop register on 2nd March. Now its more than a month I have not received any response. I was calling every day to workshop to check whether parts are available or not. It’s a serious issue that damaging part for new engine. I went to workshop on 9th April to check why parts not yet come. And I was stunt after listening their statement, they said theire March month complaint register is changed & I have to re-register the complaint. It’s too late now. I havenot used my bike since last 1 n 1/2 month. Still waiting for the responce from. Now I am planning to take a legal action against them. Please assist me...
