Dear Sir, I Pratikbhai Hirenbhai Makwna Residence Veraval, Dist Junagadh had purchased Karizma ZMRMMC on dated 24/10/2011.I used it happily for only 6 month. After that regularly I found problems like Starting problem, battery problem, Engine problem etc. I had spent more than 15000 to repair it. Your Authorised dealer M/s Jagadish Automobile is not giving response. Since Last 15 days I put my bike for repairing. Now they saying there is problem in fuel motor and it will cost about 12000/ How advisable to spent 27000 with in two year to repair bike..?What is guaranty and warranty.? why Hero Honda is not asking to your Authorised Dealer..?
