[Resolved]  Honda Dio — Bad customer service, real bad attitude towards customers and low quality parts used.

I bought Honda DIO in christmas 2011. Its been 3 months I bought this bike and my right hand switch isnt working propely. I cannot self start using right hand break nor the break light glows whn I hit the right break. Today I left my bike for 2nd Free service and mentioned that the right switch isn't working. Later end of the day when I came to take my bike I was stunned to see that the switch was not replaced or repaired reason being- I didn't answer their call in afternoon which was for confirming if I wanted to get it repaired as it had extra cost. Whn asked the manager he says there is no warranty for electric parts and even if I would have reported the complaint the next day of purchasing the vehicle they wouldn't have replaced it. They made me think one thing, HAVE I BOUGHT A CHINA made BIKE or is it HONDA manufactured, no gurantee no warrantee. Adding to it their customer service or customer approach is so bad that one would end up in physical fight with them. I had to speak with Pawar and he was like jo karna hai karoo we don't care.when were in discussion thr came another sterling honda mechanic(Atul Shine(not sure about his surname) and he was like naam chahiye kya aapko....ek kaam karo phor identity bhi leke jao aur personal information bhi leke ja aur jo marzi aaye kar le....

I purchased Honda vehicle for the first time but I am sure that it is the last honda vehicle i will own ever. Honda is worst than I ever thought...especially the Sterling Honda showrooon which is in pimpri.
