[Resolved] Honda Dio — warranty claim | |||
i mr Balkrishna raikar purchased a Honda Dio bike on 17/06/2010 bearing registration no GA 07 H 5934 , i did my first servicing on 24/08/2010 (at 648km) and second on 17/10/2010 (at 3060km).. on 30/01/2011 on my way back home, from work by bike stopped in between, i took it to a local mechanic he told me that the CDI UNIT had failed. since its a new bike and under warranty take it to the company an get it replaced, I toed bike bike to the company service center on 31/01/2011 the service engineer over there told me that CDI UNIT is not in stock and i'll have to speak to the manager to get it replaced and he was not on duty on that day.. so i had to toed my bike back home.. after repeated visits i managed to meet the manager on 04/02/2011 he told me that i have to pay for cdi unit as he said my bike warranty has expired coz i had done my second servicing 10 days late(since i m working i dint get the servicing date on my off days, whenever i wanted their servicing was full) my bike carries a 2 years standard warranty and 5 years extended warranty... what are the necessary steps to be taken as my 07 months old bike is lying ideal at home! HONDA SCOOTER DIO — BODY NOT IN STOCK
The body of Dio model is not in the stock for the last 4 months. A company of such repute should see in the matter to get the parts send to the dealers. I mr Ramji Solanki purchased a Honda Dio bike on 08/04/2011 bearing registration no GJ-I MS 304, Gujarat Ahmedabad, yesterday dated 29/03/2011, imidetly stoped, Engine start with self start kikk not working i contact deler and pick Honda Dio they can repair in free or chargable,
Honda Dio is already in warnty period, please advise me what will I do.
