Honda Dio — parts issue

am purchase a new honda dio from ktc motors kalpetta,its problem is when i ride the bike handle will be gone on left side,then i tell this isuee but the service center person told me that parts not available here ,what can i do,and service is too bad am not satisfy about honda service any help please contact my mob no is [protected].
