Respected Sir/Madam,
I have purchased Honda Dio in June 2013 from Raja Honda (opposite forum mall koramangala). During purchase, there was a sales manager ’Nandini’ who was very friendly. There was a sales representative ’Manjula’ who spoke very well and made the deal successful.
I used the vehicle for 2 weeks and found there is a problem in the vehicle and the vehicle is dragging me towards right side while riding. The vehicle was wobbling a lot and shaky. When I approached the showroom, 'Nandini' already quit the job and 'Manjula' did not give me great attention. The service guys told me to leave the vehicle for 1st free service.
1st free service:
The service team reported the following issues:
1) Handle and wheel is not aligned properly
2) Bend in fork
3) Handle is very stiff and hard and not moving smoothly
4) Manufacturing defect
When I approached there to collect the vehicle the same evening, the service person ’Harish’ told me that he has rectified the issues and the vehicle is good to use. I questioned them if there was a manufacturing issue, then how can the vehicle be used now. The service manager ’Kapil’ told that there is no defect and it is good to use. ’Harish’ in front of the manager did not want to talk about issues what he reported to me. I was disgusted and left the showroom and continued using the vehicle again but still the problem continued. I was clueless how a new vehicle could have so many problems.
I even wrote a personal email to ’ [protected]@rajahonda.com’ but this gentleman did not even bother to call me or reply to my email and address my concern.
1 month after 1st free service:
The problem continued. I again approached the service manager and he told me that there is more air in the front tyre because of which I felt the wobbling. The problem still continues and I am finding that the vehicle is dragging towards the right side and wobbling because of which I am facing health issue like back pain. I cannot freely turn the vehicle in turnings because the handle is very stiff. This is a defective vehicle and on mentioning to the service manager, he was very rude to me saying that he does not want to argue with me and he will not service my vehicle in Raja Honda. And if I wanted to argue, I can approach some other service center to rectify issue in my vehicle. This is the kind of talk you need to hear after paying a sum on 60, 000/- INR to buy the so called ’new vehicle’.
In spite of repeated requests and complaints from customer, the people in Raja Honda are totally useless. Today, I want to approach the consumer court for justice in my case. I also have my health reports ready.
Because of the ignorance of Honda service team, I was about to meet with an accident today. I have saved myself from a life threatening incident. The handle of 2 wheeler is very stiff and I was unable to turn it and due to this I fell down. Luckily, nothing happened to me. But since I consider myself very precious, with a heavy heart I plan to get rid of this problem vehicle forever.
I sold my vehicle with a huge loss and I would like HONDA company to refund me this loss amount. I would definitely escalate this issue to the highest level manager in Honda and get justice. I need my safety and money back. I do not want any customer to pay money like me and then suffer like this without getting justice. Was this information helpful? |
