Honda — Unsatisfied service request | |||
I have given my scooter KL7BK 4651for service after 10000 kms, on 5th march 2011 at EVM honda, Vyttila. The job card refer 10JC28363. I have raised complaints that my vehicle is having less pick up, starting problem such as making noise at the time of starting, oil change etc. I have given a bill no 101W27946 for Rs.908/- and still I am facing the same issue while using my vehicle. It is absolutely poor customer support from the dealer. Since I am working for one reputed service industry, I know very well about customer service and time value of one customer. I am putting the same to address the issue faced by me, I strongly feel that the same problem will be faced by other customers also. Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir, I have cancelled the booking of HONDA ACTIVA on 30/4/12 due to some reason and accordingly, I will be getting get my refund money Rs. 1000.Many times i have called the dealer for my refund money but the response was always negative.The dealer always says that you will be refunded Rs.1000 after 10-12 days and for tht they will inform me but they have not called me yet.
