[Resolved]  Honda Eterno — Denial of free serviceNo.5/6

Dear Sir, The complainant had been!or a free sevice No.5/6 after travelling 3755 kms on 8.10.2008, as: 1.He lives in a small town Kalol where he travels very less. 2. It rained heavily in Gujarat in monsoon.3.He had been abroad for 3 months. And t herefore, he could not give his Eterno Scooter No.GJ 18 S 0479 For a free service ontime, and hence the delay. The service booy at the counter did not cooperate and asked me if I had bought the scooter on loan, then only he would cooperate for a free service, otherwise not. I told him I had bought in cash and due to unavoidable circumstances i could not avail myself of free service. He flatly denied saying that your service period has crosed more than a month and you cannot get a free service now . Sir, mine being a special case, the Royal Motors, Kalol are bound to give me free service No.5 or 6.I would like your honour to intervene and direct the dealer -Code GJ 030001 To give me atleast one free service, being a special case. Please direct the Dealer promptly otherwise I would lodge a complaint with the Consumer Protection Forum after 10 days of this complaint. I hope that a renowned and prestigious multinational company like Honda Will immediately direcy Royal Motors, Kalol Gujarat to get my service done. My phone No. Mob.[protected]. I had purchased HONDA Eterno scooter Frame no. ME4KF0711D78143492, engine no. KF07E9201729 from J B HONDA in 40 MM road rani jhansi road new delhi 110055 .Bill no. 07IN00359 dated 22.04.2007. Within the guarantee period the CLUTCH PLATES and PISTON have got damaged. The scooter has run only 8308 kms and I have made regular service of scooter. We have already three time CLUTCH PLATES and one time PISTON change in my scooter.I request the company to look into the matter for free replacement of above stated parts (PISTON).
