Honda — Honda Dio - Problems faced during servicing | |||
I had taken my Honda Dio for servicing yesterday on 16th of October 2013 to Priority Honda, Goa. The service executive who was a girl did not even know simple basic mathematics and she invented her own calender saying that I am late for my servicing. I had come very well within 240 days which is mentioned on service booklet for 3rd servicing. She said my warranty would b void. I had an argument with them but still refused to accept the fact that I have come within the time limit. I had purchased my bike on 27th February 2013, I had done my previous 1st and 2nd free servicing on time. 3rd servicing was due before 25th of october. I came to service my bike on 16th of october, i.e 9 days before the due date and still they argued with me saying that i am late for my service. There was one gentleman (service executive) who contradicted himself and then tried to give me some lame explanation. Added to that there was another employee sitting on the computer acting like the CEO of Honda. The only good thing was their servicing. Priority Honda does good servicing. All the problems in my bike were solved. Their service engineers are good to talk with. But the girls who sit in the office think tat they are IAS officers or some CEO's or MD's of Honda.
