Sir, I had purchased a Honda Activa on 27/5/2011 From G.K Honda , Raipur (C.G) [Ph No.[protected]] vide Invoice No. VINVHM05/256 . I was experiencing self start trouble on my scooter so I went to the nearest dealer SHRI SHYAM HONDA (MANGAL TYRES), DHAMTARI (C.G) [Ph No.[protected]] & left my vehicle for repair on 06/9/2011 vide Job card No.842. There he informed that there is fault in battery & it needs to be replaced. But till date the vehicle is lying at his workshop & he has not replaced the battery . Besides this there are several minor problems which had been explained to the dealer which he is unable to rectify since he is not having spares in his stock. We fail to understand that the scooter having run approximately 1000 K.Ms we are facing so much problems , this is a question mark to the quality of Honda. So we kindly request you to instruct the dealer to replace the battery & solve other problems at the earliest.
