[Resolved]  Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd — Non receipt of Tool Kit with the delivery of Activa scooter

I purchased Honda Activa DLX on Dated[protected] through Dealer M/S P Paradise Honda, Chanderbani, Dehradun. (Uttrakhand) ph no[protected] but I was not given the tool kit by the dealer which is supposed to supplied by the company along with the Activa and I was assured that at the moment it is out of stock and will be given as soon as It reach to us with next lot of vehicle. And due word is wriiiten by sales manager on the booklet too.
But it surprised to note when I contacted personally the sales department for the delivery of said tool kit at the time of my visiting showroom for first service of the Active that was in last week of September It was again told that still it is out of stock.
I have lodged a complaint in this regard on dated[protected] with Indian Consumers Complaints Form as well as with the company's Customer Care Service and In responce to that I was assured by the company executive from Gurgaon over phone that soon the tool kit will be delivered by the local dealer at your house.
But till date I have not received the tool kit so for after a lapse of one and half month.
