Dear Honda,
It has been the most horrible, extremely unprofessional and pathetic experience with Honda this time.
If a company as big and professional as Honda is unable to serve the customers due to a strike and has no strategy dealing with the chaotic and terrible situation of putting the customers in dark,then it is time for the Top management to seriously think about the Management Leaders who are responsible for the mess.
Today, the waiting period for Activa has gone upto 10 months ( shocking ! ) with the authorised dealers. and a guy just a small distance from the Authorised dealers can give you the Activa within 48 hours on payment of extra black money.
Shocking to know that the company has no control on the black-marketing going on and making crores of rupees in the late delivery of Activa !
It seems Honda company has not bothered to control and has turned blind eyes to the black marketing of the Activa !
The Authorised dealers are the eyes and ears of the company but here it seems they have not intimated the company about the black marketing which is going on or maybe they have some hidden interests and they do not want to inform the company of the corruption and the illegal dealings going on ! !
so, I am writing here so as the company will read and notice the illegal activities and the corrupt persons involved in the said business.
