Honda — Problem with new CAR - No proper response from dealer/Honda | |||
I have purchased a new car (Honda Amaze) from dealer Dashin Honda Bangalore, immediately on the next day have identified multiple issues (below) then reported to deader however no response from dealer so escalated to Honda cust care however there also similar situation after repeated reminders they tried to fix the problem, attempted multiple times but not resolved the problem. Very poor response from dealer/Honda, have to send multiple reminders but no acton. Don't have access to next level beyong CRM, not expected this kind of service from branded company like HONDA. 1. Dashboard rattle sound (could be air bag issues?) 2. Bad pick-up 3. Defroster-front not working 4. noise from wiper blades/motor Was this information helpful? | |||
