[Resolved] Honda Scooter — Faulty Parts
I had forwarded this complaint to honda service head,but nothing has been done till yet.
Dear Honda Manager,
I would like open your eyes and want to highlight the kind of fraud practice which is being regularly done by your service agency and sales staff, please go through my mail and try to understand the kind of pain which you people are giving in terms of service, I am writing it on point wise.
1. I had purchased one Honda Eterno from your delear named DAKSH HONDA in Ghaziabad, my pain start from that day itself, first your sales executive( Mr Yogender Kumar ) has charged me Rs 500 extra without giving me any bifurcation of my total(Rs 39,350) amount, and assured me that you will get a printed receipt after a period of 1 month, which is quite amazing, and the best part is the receipt which I had got after 1 month was having a lesser amount ( Rs 37192), and when I had visited your delear outlet to clarify the same, they said very politely ,Sir we are suppose to charge Rs 500 extra as a registration fee, this is simply a fraud which DAKSH HONDA is doing it with every customer, when I asked for senior authorities contact number and started shouting on them, then they said sir we will return you Rs 300,WHAT IS THIS TELL ME ?
2. Now after that I thought every thing will run smoothly, but how can it be possible because I am a HONDA customer, after running it around 2700 km, it has started giving me some problems, at the time of running it has started giving lot of smoke and consuming more Engine oil ,which was obviously not normal, then I had approached to your service center( DAKSH HONDA ) on 12/10/2007 and after keeping it for 8 days, I suddenly got a call on 19th from your service executive Mr Mahipal Chaudhary with a strange question that, what is the problem in your vehicle, WHAT IS THIS ?
3. Now what is the surety that your agency who has kept it for 8 days not changed the parts of my scooter, now Mr Mahipal chaudhary said your piston got damage because of bad fuel, do you have any certified HONDA petrol pump, now just after 2700 km its start giving me such a big problems, now your service people are asking me Rs 2000 to replace my piston, and behaving like anything, , what do you think about your customer, are they fools.
I will tell you the HARD FACT in HONDA ETERNO is that, it has some manufacturing problem, which comes because your paper filter get choked just after 1000 to 1200 kms,
After doing lot of market analysis I came to know about it, and your daksh Honda is having some financial problem also which DAKSH executive itself discussed with me.
Now my points are very simple to understand, I want my problem should be resolved with in 24 hours time frame, and issue me a apology letter ASAP.
