[Resolved] Honda Shine — Poor Service and unnecessary changing of spares

Dear Sir,
Since from the first service am facing chain sprocket problem. Even after reporting the problem, still they have not rectified it. i would like to bring to your kind notice that my bike is 11 months new and when i left to showroom for service they are telling that the chain sprocket and shock observers should be replaced with the new ones. i want to know whether these two are having warranty periods and if so how many months.

please reply fast and i will be awaiting for your reply

Mr. Linga, I suggest u to show or get serviced your bike at any local service stations. Showroom ppl nvr do their respective job correctly, the only thing dey do is wash n polish thts it

honda/shine — BAD SERVICE AND AVAILABILITY OF SPARES

HAVE BEEN USING HONDA-SHINE FROM LAST 2YEARS HAVE BEEN FACING MILLAGE PROBLEM AND CHAIN PROBLEM ,IT SEAMS-COMPANY HAS AN ATTITUDE OF MAKING FALSE PROMISES TO
CUSTOMER ,I HAVE BEEN A REGULAR GUY AT VISHNU HONDA ,

I HAD GIVEN MY BIKE ON 5TH I HAD MENTIONED MY PROBLEMS ON JOB CARD 1. FUEL CORK PROBLEM
2. MILLAGE PROBLEM
3.CHAIN PROBLEM

THESE WERE THE MAIN COMPLAINTS BUT THEY CHARGED 227/- WITH EVERY COMPLAINT RECTIFIED BUT WHEN I REDID MY BIKE NON OF THE PROBLEMS WERE SATISFIED

I THINK GUYS ARE UN AWARE OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
