Dear sir,
I was a proud owner of "Honda SHINE"(Model Code:CBF125Q/Sold on:[protected]/Key no: 8230/) till that fate ful day when i discovered that my petrol tank was getting "rust".
The next day itself i got my shine at the nearest service Centre (Dealer code: KL03 0002/Dealer NAME::EVM),i lodged my complaint and they acknowledged.
THEY SAID THEY WANTED TO PUT FORWARD THE COMPLAINT TO THERE HEAD OFFICE AND IN SUPPORT FOR THAT THEY NEED A PIC OF MY SHINE(the petrol tank), and told me to show patience for another one week.
After a week when i showed up at the service center the officials at the center told me that all that they can do is to REPAINT THE PETROL TANK coz thats the suggestion/reply which they have received from there head office..
i am afraid this is not the permanent solution of my complaint.
i need a solution to my problem which is long lasting., not to forget THAT MY SHINE IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD.
If my problem is not looked after properly and timely, i would be compelled to move legally.
