[Resolved] Honda — Bad Service by the dealer | |||
Dear Sir / Madamme, Pratul Honda somajiguda Hyderabad delivered me Honda Activa (Invoice no:11IN02169) on 8th Jun 2011 But, Unfortunately there was mismatch in Engine number and chasis number on documents and actual parts of the vehicle. Even the showroom authoruty did not notice and handed over the keys to me. I came to know this when I took the bike for registration. when I took this issue to the showroom authority, Because, of their poor response its almost 3 weeks still the issue has not been attended. I want you to take necessary action in resolving this issue ASAP. I also want you to make sure every thing is correct before handing over the bike to the customer. I am proud owner of two honda vehicles now, but because of this kind of response from the dealer I lost the confidence in Honda. I heard the same kind of experience from others, at the same dealer show room. Please take a note on this and I expect necessary action and a reply to my complaint to keep my beleif in HONDA. I got my activa sevised at Durduesh honda @ Gokula in Banglore after repated complaint the dealer is not dooing job on the complaint we had give this is get us upset and the repation and the good will on honda co is going please do the need full.
