HONDA/ STUNNER CBF — poor service support and about products. | |||
this is my 7 complain to honda company, but not get any response. this is my last complain to honda company if this time also i will not get any hard response in my case then i will go to consumer court. in last 2 month i have gone to service center more then 10 times but no one solved my problem. from the stating my bike giving so many problems to me and i m complaining for this to u by mail and in service center but the problem is still problem and increasing day by day. there is a lot o[censored]nwanted noise in my bike from the head light side, but mechanic are not able to find out the problem solution. and my bike is giving the patrol average of 40kmpl which is very very low compare to any 125 cc bike and ur company say that minimum avg. of 60. for this problems i had gone to service center but they not solving my problem and charge me every time by sying that we cahnge this part and this part. but in the return problem is conitnue is on. and this all the work is going on in anal honda (bhilai). my 6 servicing from 8 hav done by anal honda. so this time i think for the better response. and i want to contact to honda company also. and if i will not get any response from your side quickly then i will go to consumer court with all the proofs of all the email copy to u and all the photocopy of the jab card also from the service center. so please take care off all the customers and give importance in there complain also.
