[Resolved]  Honda Unicorn Bike — shortage of parts &useless distributors &staff

i ordered some parts 2weeks ago and today morning they said parts are ok .and ireached showroom with my bike and there is no parts and acssesories.the employees and the managements are very useless . and i got wast of my valuable timeand money.so i request that get my parts and service my bike by the next monday.

@ibby: I agree with you. i am a honda customer for the past 4 years. I can accept that Honda produces quality products and have high engine life n stuff. but their service networks suck big time. Especially when it comes to parts, there is no availability in any of the centers. once my rear break pedal broke in a minor crash and the Honda ppl dint have a stock of tat part. Frustrated by this i called the customer care and they told me i'll be GETTING THE PART IN 20 DAYS TIME... Did they expect me to ride my bike without a rear break for 20 days?????? Funny Guys!!!
