I've very bad experience with Honda Two Wheelers India Ltd. nowadays. I have booked a bike on 1st of Jan '10, and still I haven't got my bike. This is really painful service.
Dealer I booked bike from:

Almost all 1.5 month period have been passed, no updates yet. Sales person keep on telling that he is helpless, and give the time period of 10-15 days.
I registered an official complain with Honda. They didn't reply to me back after I provided all the details. Then I called up the customer relation executive on "+[protected]", but the person on phone tells me that "Don't call today, company is closed today, call tomorrow".
He even didn't reply my next question: "Don't you have 24X7 support?" and he disconnected the line half way.
Now only you are the line of hope for me. Please take necessary action against this. you may call me on "[protected]" for more details.

four times i visited there showroom according to their demand. finaly they told to pay full amount Rs.60530.00 (bill no. 03471). on 18th August i paid the above amount at a deal that on 20th August bike will be delivered. today i went, it seemes that there no stock of bike in company .
so please conceder my complaint...
