Honda Unicorn Dazzler — poor mileage and poor built

i bought unicorn dazzler in november 2010, from that time only its given lots of complaint. i have contacted you for this. from that time bike has been mostly in showroom only. recently noise has started coming from the front portion and showroom people are not able to find the reason. it has been five day i have given my bike to showroom. lastly as per your specification mileage should be around 60 but for mine one its never gone beyond 40 even though i have tried all the standard condition.now my bike is with pratul honda kondapur, hyderabad.
