DEAR SIR, I HAD PURCHASED HONDA UNICORN FROM YOUR DEALER ROYAL MOTORS (BHIWANDI).WHEN I HAD TAKEN THE DELIVERY OF THE BIKE AFTER FEW DAYS THERE WERE LOT OF NOISE IN THE BIKE FROM SILENCER ,ENGIE AND I HAD ALREADY GIVEN MY BIKE AT YOUR MAHIM WORKSHOP BUT THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING. I REQUESTED TWICE TO THEM,INFACT THEY DIDNT GAVE ME PROPER SERVICE. YOU PEOPLE ARE A MARKET LEADER IN BIKE INDUSTRY,THATS THE REASON I PURCHASED VEHICEL FROM YOU,BUT THE WAY I M GETTING SERVICES FROM UR NETWORKS & SERVICE STATION I M NOT SATISFIED AT ALL.PLEASE RECTIFY MY QUERY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
