Honda Unicorn — SERVICE GRIEVANCE | |||
This is to inform that I want to lodge a complaint against Honda in consumer forum for selling a defected bike. I've been complaining for many problems since the first day of the purchase from which only some were solved. The major problem is regarding the handle trembling on double seating and bending towards right side in single as well as double. During every service I've complained about it but just they are playing tricks by making handle tight/loose and trying to convince the costumer, telling that your vehicle is alright. It is fearful for me to drive the bike as my left shoulder is paining severely and to take family along. My family is complaining that you bought a waste bike, from almost one year we are suffering, instead we would have purchased from any other brand. I’m fed up with HONDA’s service. At last if my problem is not solved even by this time I will demand for refund or a new bike replacement. My vehicle details: CHASSIS NO. ME4KC09CEC8262757 ENGINE NO.
