Honda — noise from engine

My Vehicle no. is UP65-AW-6099 with name of Mr. Ashish Shah of Purchase from Sri Ganpati Honda, Varanasi , The Model code of my Activa is SCV110B Frame no.ME4JC449LA8131162 Engine No. JC44E1007939 .

All the Mechanic and Supervisor of the company are not behaving properly with customers and my problem is from starting that noise coming from the engine , poor mileage, and starting problem from long time, vibration in engine.

Plz sort out the problem of my vehicle as soon as possible .
