[Resolved] Honda — very bad service from honda | |||
My name is vinod. i prchased a honda city car from sundaram honda on 13th october 2010. i met with an accident on december 18th i.e on saturday.I reported the car in the showroom on dec 20th i.e on monday. The insurance surveyor came on 20th afternoon and gave an estimation in front of me to the service people.the car was dismantled on 21st . the service people told me that the spares list was send to the honda company and it will take one week for the parts to come.but till today they have not started the work. the reason they are saying is that a small part( door hinge) is not sent by the honda compay. for that reason they kept my car idle in the service centre for almost 50 days. i have complained regarding that to the honda customer care twice but there is no responce from the customer care also.because of this bad service and poor response to the customers i am not willing to use that honda product anymore. i want the honda company to return my car amount and the penalty foe delaying so long and making me suffer without any vehicle for the past 50 days.
