Sir,
I am deeply hurt to inform you that I am one of the unfortunate customers who hab been sold a brand new bike in an unserviceable condition by one of your authorised dealers in Coimbatore.I purchased a Honda CB UNICORN BIKE(TN 38 BL 4267) on 19/01/2012 from Chandra Honda showroom,Vadavalli.From the day of delivery I had undergone a lot of mental stress due to the various complaints that I had been facing in my brand new bike.

The list of complaints are as follows:-

1 . Engine noise on 19/01/2012 (delivery date)

2 . Engine oil leakage at the junction of engine and cylinder head on 07/02/2012

3 . Disc noise on 16/02/2012

4 . Engine gear shaft oil leakage on 23/02/2012

5 . Engine fly wheel cup oil leakage on 11/04/2012

From the above it is clear that I had been facing problems in my bike from the day of delivery and each time when I leave my bike for service a new complaint springs up.The complaints are not being rectified properly and the response from mthe dealer is very humiliating and frustrating.This has resulted in loss of faith in the service of the dealer and the condition of my brand new bike.

At the top of all these issues, the bike was sold to me by the dealer as 2012 model whereas it was originally found to be of 2011 model.This has resulted in the total destruction of my faith in your respected authorised dealer.I had even tried to contact the top management of your dealer but nothing fruitful has happened in the past one year.

From 11/04/2012 till date (8 months) the bike is lying idle in the service center.It gives me a lot o[censored]ntolerable pain on seeing my first own brand new bike standing in service center like a patient in coma lying in a hospital bed.I hope you understand the mental and emotional stress one undergoes when the first own vehicle has been delivered in such an unacceptable manner.Over and above that it is thenegative response and the irresponsible behaviour of a dealer of a renowed international brand like yours which is very frustrating.

I take this as the last resort to approach you regarding my problems with my brand new bike from a reputed company like yours.I sincerely feel that a proper action will be taken from your side to ensure that a replacement will be done with a new bike in a proper condition at the earliest possible date.
