[Resolved]  hondA/Civic — POOR QUALITY SPARES

DEAR SIR, THIS IS WITH REF TO MY DREAM MACHINE HONDA CIVIC CAR WHICH HAD ALWAYS GIVEN ME TROUBLE FROM THE DAY 1, FIRST OF ALL IT GAVE ME A '' THAK '' SOUND ON MY FIRST DAY ITSELF, WHICH WAS FINALLY DIAGNOSED ON 3RD SERVICE AS ''HYDRAULIC MOUNT FAULTY'', AND I HAD TO BEAR WITH IT WITH MY NEW DREAM MACHINE THROUGH OUT TILL 3RD SERVICE, 2NDLY IT WAS GOOD YEAR TIRES WHICH WERE NOISY TIRES THROUGH OUT TILL 16OOO KMS WHEN THE NOISE BECAME UNBEARABLE AND WERE FINALLY AGREED UPON BY GOODYEAR AND WERE REPLACED, I HAD BEEN UNDER TRAUMA ONE AFTER THE OTHER TILL DATE, EACH SERVICE VISIT IS SPECIFIED WITH ''DANCING AND NOISY WIPERS'', BELIVE ME IT IS STILL THERE AS IT IS INSPITE OF REPLACING THE WIPER RUBBER WORTH RS 1100 /- EACH TWICE, NOW ADDING TO MY TROUBLE IS NEW DEVELOPMENT, AN ENGINE NOISE WHICH HAD INCREASED EACH DAY, NOW FINALLY IT HAD BEEN DIAGNOSED TO A 'FAULTY TRACTION ARM', NOW MY CIVIC HAD DONE 30000 KMS, AND IT IS COVERD UNDER THE EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THE DAY 1, BUT THE DEALER SAY THAT HE IS NOT GOING TO COVER IT IN WARRANTY AND I NEED TO PAY THE AMOUNT, NOW MY GRIEVANCE IS THAT WHY AT ALL WAS I DELIVERED WITH A FAULTY CAR WHICH HAD BEEN GIVING ME A TROUBLE FROM THE DAY ONE, EVERY THING IS ON RECORD, KINDLY COME TO MY RESCUE AND INSTRUCT RING ROAD HONDA PIRA GARHI TO BE ABIDE BY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY CONTRACT AND GET THE THINGS RECTIFIED UNDER WARRANTY, I HAVE NOT PICKED UP MY CAR FROM THE SERVICE CENTER, KINDLY CONSIDER IT AT PRIORITY AND OBLIGE AT LEAST IF DEALER IS NOT COOPERATING AT LEAST I HAVE THE FAITH THAT HONDA IS BY MY SIDE
